Description
Nine Men's Morris is one of the world's oldest board games. Morris-boards have been found in ancient Egypt, a Bronze Age Irish tomb, Viking ship burials, and in a variety of sources throughout Medieval and Renaissance Europe. It is still played in Great Britain and Germany. As it was popular throughout Europe for the entire SCA period, it is the closest thing possible to a "universal SCA game". The instructor will provide playing equipment for up to twenty players: all participants will receive written instructions with the board design on the back, to take home.
