Description
The Mammen stitch is a very common variant of nalbinding used from Egypt to Scandinavia. This class will give you a hands on introduction to the technique. We will cover starting, pivoting into the spiral, connecting to the previous row, and increases/decreases. Students will need to have a light color worsted weight yarn, preferably wool, single ply or tightly plied, and a needle. A number 13 tapestry needle or darning needle works great. This class will be recorded.
