An overview of the equipment, techniques, ingredients, and procedures involved in brewing all-grain beer. This focuses on modern brewing technique, but they will be compared with period technique. There will be NO repeat NO alcohol present in the class. There will be the ingredients (pre-fermentation), but absolutely *no* finished beer present.
