The purpose of this class is to provide pointers to fighters seeking to improve their physical and mental skills to perfect their game, whichever that game may be. The principles that will be discussed in this class apply to heavy and light fighting, as well as any other martial art that you may be interested in. As the name of the class indicates, this is a holistic approach to fighting and we will be discussing proper nutrition, various forms of exercise, as well as traditional and non-traditional methods of preparing your mind and your body for a bout – be either practice, pick-up or competition.
