Cut and Thrust swordplay in the Bolognese tradition

This class will be an introduction to the teachings of the Dardi school, a Bolognese line of sword instructors who taught cut-and-thrust techniques in Northern Italy during the 15th and 16th centuries. You will be shown a full complement of attacks and defenses with their accompanying foot work.
From studying the material in this class, you will develop a solid foundation from which to better understand the teachings of Marozzo, Manciolino, the anonymous bolognese manuscript, and d'allAgocchie."
Please bring: Mask, gorget, gloves, sidesword (or short rapier - 38" blade maximum), and maybe buckler/target
