Description
This class will focus on the early and central medieval period (5th –11th centuries), and the assortment of vessels that were created during that time. The major types of vessels, their uses, and their manufacture will be discussed. This will be a great introduction to the post-Roman glassworking industry. 5 handouts provided in class, will provide links to digital handout for additional class participants.
