In this class we will outline and discuss one model for feast planning and a set of ground rules for putting together a team that can deliver a great meal at an event. We'll talk about themes, menus, picking out combinations and, perhaps most importantly, how to make sure that it's an enjoyable experience for everyone who is involved (how to encourage a no drama kitchen). A useful handout will be available.
