Description
This course is a hands-on intro to fingerloop braiding, no prior experience necessary. You'll learn to braid a cord that's useful for laces or drawstrings, medallion cords, and a bunch of other purposes. The braid is the 1475 "A Lace Bend Round of 8 Bowes," a spiral braid made with 8 loops. Materials and Cost: Materials and a handout will be provided (no charge). By the end of the class, you'll have completed or be well on your way to completing a braid long enough for a medallion cord in Atlantian blue and white. This class is geared to adults, but is teen and supervised kid friendly.
