Description
A practical look at how to incorporate rapier fighting into your daily routine by creating a 5 minute routine that you can follow. A daily routine can help improve flexibility, strength, and improve your game. We will cover 3 parts – goal setting, a daily routine, and day of tournament prep. Please bring a yoga mat or towel to put on the ground and pencil & the notebook that you keep track of your fights in.
