Description
Walk around any A&S exhibition and you'll see that the vast majority of the research comes from sources on the Internet. There are good reasons for that: the Web is easy, museums can be intimidating, and most A&S entrants lack formal research training. This class is a call to action and a guide on how to break into museum and archival research. A picture on the Web or in some book may be worth a thousand words, but not all of those words are necessarily accurate. True primary research in which you see the object first-hand for yourself can transform your work and is easier than you think. Come find out how!
