Description
Courtesy is more than just good manners; in the Middle Ages it meant being part of the court, and able to conduct oneself in a manner that would ensure a successful career. If we accept Duke Gyrth's definition of chivalry as knowing how to kill someone, the corollary is that courtesy is knowing how *not* to kill someone. The instructor will speak about the basis of courtesy and then open up the class for questions and discussion.
