Description
You have researched and planned a banquet fit for kings! You are ready and willing to feed any number happy feast-goers. You have thought of everything... right? This class is designed to discuss staffing of the modern medieval kitchen from a practical point of view. Head cooks of the day had any number of workers assisting them in various tasks. In our volunteer-run modern medieval kitchens this is not always the case. Join us as we look into the staffing of our kitchens both then and now.
