Learn this amazingly easy technique used to preserve fruits and vegetables. The process hasn't changed much in a thousand years! Lactobacillus is the byproduct of the fermentation process. It gives the tang to a dill pickle and puts the sour in sauerkraut. At the end of the class you'll have a jar of vegetables to take home.
