Description
The Brehon Laws an Irish system of laws beginning in early medieval Ireland through the 18th century which governed everyday life in exciting detail. This class will discuss how they can be used to document food and nutrition in the SCA time period. The class will discuss what the Brehon Laws were and give specific examples of references to food and it's relationship to the community law.
