An overview of how to select the proper type of cheese for your recipe redaction. Recipes made with different cheeses will be available for tasting. Ever read a recipe that calls for "Green Cheese" and have no idea what they are talking about? This class will go over common terms found in recipes used to describe cheeses and what would be a good selection. We will also discuss the different results of using different cheeses in recipes. Samples of a redacted dish using different types of cheeses will be available for tasting. Bring your questions and let's figure it out! The class will focus on European recipes.
