|Taught by Bumi(Certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine), Marguerite de Lyon, and Marta De Lyon, this will be a 2 part class divided into approximately 1 hour segments. BRING A YOGA MAT!
The first hour will go over the human movement system and how ideal movement and full range of motion will be the foundation on which one can minimize injury and most efficiently build strength.
The second half of the class will focus on how to apply the above knowledge to rapier combat. We will specifically look at form, core and large muscle system engagement and injury prevention.
