Description
Gregorian Chant was the basis for all Western European Music. This class explores it’s origins, characteristics, and context in relation to the medieval mindset and liturgical use. This class also examines the structure, symbols, neumes, and rhythmical indicators in chant notation. This class will not be recorded.
