Description
Dance is more than just choreography, artistry, and fun! It is also a physical activity that is enhanced by general fitness and conditioning. In this hour we will do a warm up with Maltese Bransle, do a set of conditioning exercises using period steps (oh get those good calves!), deep dive into one sequence of steps, and then do a cool down with stretches (bring a yoga mat if you have it!)
