Description
Ever fight a night-time practice or a torchlight tourney and wonder why things work differently, but you can't quite put your finger on it? The short answer is that fight dynamics are actually heavily affected by low light and there are many subtle factors that a smart fighter uses to counteract the limitations of it. Don Julien de la Fontaine will teach this class on the underlying biology and MANY considerations of low light training, fighting, and marshaling for all fighting disciplines. Beyond his SCA fighting experience, Julien will leverage his experience in night combat operations in the US Military to help inform this class.
