|Dance is more than just choreography, artistry, and fun! It is also a physical activity that is enhanced by general fitness and conditioning. In this hour we will do a warm up with Maltese Bransle, do a set of conditioning exercises using period steps (oh get those good calves!), deep dive into one sequence of steps, and then do a cool down with stretches (bring a yoga mat if you have it!)
This class will NOT be recorded.
This is more muscle work than cardio so you shouldn't get sweaty so you can enjoy the later classes in comfort
