Description |

Biases- we’ve all got them. Our brains use them as shortcuts to judgment making about everything. We’ll talk about how our brains’ preference for fast decisions over correct ones can lead us to be prejudiced when we don’t mean to be, and then talk about strategies for how to overcome these faulty mental processes. I’ll include examples of stereotyping and prejudice in the SCA period throughout. |
