Description
The Shire of Roxbury Mill has grown from 5 to 65 active participants playing with the group in 3 years -- from a non-entity to a well-known regional influence. In this course, the Seneschal of The Shire of Roxbury Mill will explain her methods for participation and retention that led to this growth, and use the lens of social gaming theory to help you avoid some of the most common pitfalls that local groups fall into that either dissuade new membership, or that discourage play with the local group. This class will not be recorded. This class will be available by website link and by phone call-in number (for less tech-savvy individuals).
