Description
An introduction to the structure of honzen-ryori style meals as encountered in 16th century Japan based upon: Ryori Monogatari, Yama no Uchi Ryori Sho, Shuhanron, and other sources. Includes basic meal design, basic cookery, and basic cooking techniques.
