Open to everyone including non-fighters. This class starts easy for each skill and progresses to moderate to hard. All fitness levels welcome, but be prepared to repeat the more basic exercises if the more advanced ones are beyond your comfort level. In this hands-on class, we will be working to improve some of the basic, skill-related components of fitness and learning ways to improve them with games or exercises (at home and/or incorporating them into your daily routine as much as possible) such as: balance, coordination, endurance, accuracy, speed, visual awareness, and more. Participants should arrive to the online call in clothes comfortable to move in (not jeans or other restrictive clothing). An email will be sent out closer to with a list of items it would be nice to have on-hand that you most likely already have around the house, or substitutes if you do not.
