Description
This class will cover the basics about the chemistry involved in the creation, absorption and breakdown of alcohol and the fermenting processes. Malting, and hops are covered as well, and the breakdown of various sugars used to make mead, wine and beer. This will not be recorded but the presentation deck will be available.
