Developing a Detailed SCA Persona
So you've got a registered name and a very rough idea of who and what you are. What comes next? Well, now it's time to flesh out the skeleton of your SCA alter ego. Using worksheets from "Creating Personas: A Laura Crockett Workbook", we will go into considerable detail about what you need to discover about your persona in order to make him or her into a living, breathing, fully-developed human being. Since I am not a skilled actor, I can't teach you how to live in character at SCA events, but I can help you dig into your imagination and make your alter ego become more vividly alive, if only within your own mind. |
